Connection failed - failed to connect to the secure server

Hi,

since a few days I can no longer use the Desktop client.

(Linux, Manjaro, v3.17.2)

The Desktop-Client can not login, because the server is configured in enforce stricted security.

My Nextcloud Server (v31.0.4 running local at home in a Proxmox Container, Debian , so no cloud is involved.

This setup worked for me since years, until a few days, without any change except Desktop-Client Update.

The same setup is still working on my wifes laptop. → I will do the same updates here.

How can I access my files now?

The certificates are self signed, which is ok for me.

Iam stucked at the moment, can someone give me some hints?

Update:

I have run the same updates on the laptop of my wife. The setup is working as before. No issues with sync or certificate.

When I now create a new user profile for me on the laptop of my wife, I get the same certificate restriction as on my laptop. I assuming its not an issue of my laptop.

Are you referring to this?

https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/issues/8654

Yes, that hits the nail.

Do you have an idea, where I can disable HTST and where to delete the cache?

Why ist the Nextcloud Client on the Laptop of my wife still working?

Does it mean that the enforcing of strict transport security did not work in the past?
