Summary of the issue you are facing:
I recently migrated from the Linuxserver.io Nextcloud container to the official Nextcloud AIO installation on my unRAID server. I also migrated away from a locally hosted NPM instance on a different server to a Pangolin instance in a cloud VPS.
All of my data and user accounts have been copied over, but one annoying issue I’m having is that my desktop client is syncing just as slowly as a mobile device syncing outside of my home network, which I’m sure means that my connection at home is still being routed out through the reverse proxy and back inside my home.
I solved this before by adding an extra entry in my config.php file under trusted_domains for local-ip:httpsport, but that doesn’t seem to work in this case. I’ve tried adding a DNS entry in my PiHole server pointing my FQDN to my local unRAID server’s IP but that just seems to time out local connections.
Is there any other way to force clients connected to my home network to connect locally rather than forcing my connection to go out then back in?
