Hi, I want to enable Enabling External Storage Support but there is no item in my admin page. How can I use that function, my account is free. Do I have to pay to use it.

First you should check, if the âExternal storage supportâ app is installed and activated on your instance. If not, install and activate it. If this wonât be possible reach-out to your provider and ask him why he has disabled or deinstalled the app.
You need to open the Apps menu (click on the avatar in the upper right corner and select Apps) and check if the âExternal storage supportâ app is installed and activated.
