Configuring Collabora Online with Nextcloud and Traefik

Hello!

I need some help getting this right with Collabora / Nextcloud Office—I can’t seem to make it work.

Here’s my setup:

  • Ubuntu
  • Docker
  • AIO installation
  • Traefik as a reverse proxy in front of Nextcloud
  • Nextcloud itself is working as expected

I’ve enabled the Collabora container in the AIO admin UI.

How should I configure the settings under /settings/admin/richdocuments?

As I understand it, I should select “Use your own server”, and not the built-in CODE?

Nextcloud are responding to my domain eg. nextcloud.example.com via reverse proxy. Do I need to setup anything else for Collabora in the proxy?

I really appreciate being pointed in the right direction! Thank you!

Hi, can you follow How to debug problems with Collabora and/or Talk · nextcloud/all-in-one · Discussion #1358 · GitHub?

Thanks, I’ll try to check it out. But just simple: Use your own server. Is that the option to select?

Yes it is.

Here are my steps and founding’s:

this field should be only https://nextcloud.examle.com. I don’t know where the “custom_apps/rich…” comes from.

Now the web-editor for documents loads as it shuld!

Thanks for pointing to the correct “Use your own server” - setting, and also the step: curl -vvv https://$NC_DOMAIN:443/hosting/discovery gave me a clue.
