Where is the configuration file on the local PC that tells NextCloud where the synch directory is located?

Is there a possibility to configure File Locations more detailed like:

Nextcloud/Documents <-> C:/User/User/Documents
Nexcloud/Camera <-> D:/AllPhotos
Nexcloud/InstantUpload <-> D:/Temp
