Completely lost with the Backup App

Hello,

I have nothing but issues with the Backup App. I would file a bug report but I don’t even know where to start:

  • The app does not respect the hours interval
  • The app does not respect the time interval
  • The app creates the data in the App Data folder but not the restoring point although they are both using the same external storage (but different folder)
  • It throws the following error in the logs:
[cron] Error: OC\DB\Exceptions\DbalException: An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 7 no connection to the server at <<closure>>

What should I do from here? I completely lost, any help is appreciated.

I use NC 25.0.2 installed on my TrueNAS Scale using TrueCharts.

Me too. All it does if I try to start a back up is constantly go into maintenance mode every few minutes to try to make one. but I just end up with a folder of app_data that goes on forever without creating any backup points at all. Turning it off again. Really hope one day I can sort this, as it is now the only thing I cant get to function on this platform. Maybe hub 4
