Command "upgrade" is not defined

Hi,
I am using ncp 1.52.0 through ncp-config for an update from 25.0.3 to 26.0.1 (selecting “0” on nc-update-nextcloud) on a rpi.

...
Storing backup at '/var/www/nextcloud-bkp_20230525_1685020506-25.0.3.2.tar.gz'...
Install Nextcloud 26.0.1...
Fix permissions...
Upgrade...
Nextcloud is not installed - only a limited number of commands are available
                                     
  Command "upgrade" is not defined.  
                                     
Abort
Clean up...
Rolling back to backup /var/www/nextcloud-bkp_20230525_1685020506-25.0.3.2.tar.gz...
check free space...
...

Anyone with an idea why “upgrade” is not defined or where to find details? (I thought there was an updater.log once?)

Thank you, I did not know about ncp-report!
Actually, in the meantime I tried upgrading from 25.0.3.2 to 25.0.7 as I thought this will be easier. I got farther than before but another issue occured which I need to ask for a solution in antoher thread.
