Collectives, Images not loading on mobile

Collectives 2.13.0

I just created a simple collective, it has a before and after image (both png). When I use my laptop and login no issue.
On my iPhone using Chrome, logging, select Collectives, I’m promoted that it would be best to open this within Collectives, I hit accept, it works as expected.
Using the Nextcloud app, select Collectives, the text from the document is there however the images "Failed to load .attachments.2397627/“name of file.png”

Any thoughts/known issue?
