Hi everybody. I am currently facing a problem related to collaborative editing of my files.
We have a VM ubuntu server in which i built a Docker structure with docker compose file, everything works so far. We have a DFS and we mounted our folders using External Storage app (SMB mounts). We’re using LDAP management too, so our ACLists match the ones in the domain and we imported security groups too. The main issue is…we can access, read, edit the files in the mounted folders, but if we want to collaborate over a file, it doesn’t work. Everybody can access the file simultaneously but we cannot see if somebody’s working on it nor collaborate real time. If we try this with local nextcloud files, there’s absolutely no proble, everything goes fine and smooth. Do you have any idea on how to fix this issue without having to duplicate the files? It’s very important to keep both acls and data consistency too.
Any information request you want to better evaluate the case, let me know.
Thanks in advance, M.
