I’ve just installed the collabora online app (and the docker container) but the administration part of the app seems to be missing.
The app was listed as experimental on 10.0.1. And I had it running on previous version, is this a bug or more likely, did I do anything wrong.

You need to start the docker container with
-e 'username=admin' -e 'password=12345'
hmm does that really help you to set the collabora online URL from the nextcloud admin panel?
Amazing! they moved it 
Will also try out the access to the collabora online admin, that was completely new to me
