I can’t tell you for sure my educated guess would be too look at websocket - maybe it doesn’t work completely or simply brakes too often. Cosmos Cloud is IMO not widely used likely you must dig the rabbit hole yourself.
- Look at Collabora integration guide and follow the references
a. AiO implemented astrangemethod I don’t like → Local access for Collabora which might be causing issues in “non-standard” deployments as well - review logs of all 3 components - if you don’t find the error immediately increase log levels and dig deeper
