I am having an issue with the Collabora system. I am running version 11, have used the Collabora Online Docker image, am using the External Support plugin (1.1.2) and have the Collabra working fine with local documents, but get an error when trying to view/edit documents on the SMB share. I am able to add, delete, and rename documents on the SMB share from NextCloud, so I don’t believe that it is a permissions issue on the SMB share. In NextCloud the Collabora frames load fine, then give the error “Well, this is embarrassing, we cannot connect to your document. Please try again.”. It looks like from this bug report (https://github.com/owncloud/richdocuments/issues/83) that this was identified and fixed in the Owncloud code, does the same thing need to be done in NextCloud’s code?
Here is what I get in the log file:

I’m having the same issue.
Collabora work fine with local documents, dropbox share and sftp share, but it’s not working with smb/cifs share.
