I have a problem with collabora office. So my install of collabora runs on the same server as my nextcloud install and is not a docker install.
I can edit documents on the web interface of my nextcloud install but can’t on mobile.
In the logs I have the following warn:
Message: Failed to generate token for existing file on direct editing
I couldn’t find anything on the internet relating to my problem.
Thanks in advance for you help
I ran into the same problem.
And the only results google has on that topic is your post and an issue on github.
I checked my logfile for the detailled error message. On my installation it was a missing column in the database. I don’t know why it was missing, but after adding it, editing works in mobile app.
See my comments on the github issue:
didn’t see your reply. for me it was caused by a cloudflare service. check my answer in my issue on github. I hope they fix this because this create a security risk for myself and my users. Its not a big deal since I’m using nextcloud for school project but security is always welcome
