Collabora not working anymore with Nextcloud 23.02

I’m using Collabora with Nextcloud for a while now. Currently it is not working anymore. But I’m not sure what upgrade (Nextcloud or Collabora) caused the problem.

Collabora version is:

This is no Docker Container but a standard installation of Collabora.

Nextcloud is 23.02

I have Apache2 and Nginx running on different ports. On both ports Nextcloud is recognizing Collabora. I also made tests with all standard addresses like:
/hosting/discovery
/hosting/capabilities
/browser/dist/admin/admin.html

So everything seems to be up and running. But when I’m trying to access a document there is a message loading and then “document loading failed”.

The logs of coolwsd are as follows:

Any ideas what is causing this? Is this a problem of Collabora?

Collabora CODE Server on docker fails to load document

Hi there and merry Christmas, I am having this issue with Collabora. I am currently running it in docker on an RPi 4 with 4 GB of ram. In the nextcloud settings, it says that the CODE server is reachable, however, when I try to open a document, it gives the error: “Document loading failed Failed to load nextcloud office - please try again later” I am running collabora without ssl as it is handled by reverse proxy (haproxy). I have checked that but that was a general confuguration error. I can reach the mentioned addresses from outside which means von another server. So collabora seems to be up and running like it should.

here too collabora not working with Nextcloud Hub II 23.0.2 : only ok with 22.2.5.

For what it is worth, I can share that I just finished a fresh build on NC 23.0.2 and a fresh build of Collabora on 21. I’m only using Apache on my Collabora. I’m using a reverse proxy. I got it working after dealing with permission issues I saw in ‘journalctl -xe’.

Update: The last update of the Collabora Office App in Nextcloud fixed it from absolutely not working to partially not working (so no need to do a “freh” install). No other changes done. In my opinion the integration is often bugged. I already experienced things like this before. If you are using iOS devices it’s often not working.

External Collabora:

Apache (explicit port other than 443)

Integrated Collabora (Nextcloud working on different port than 443 - this is Apache only)
