True, we’d like to cater to that but as a company we’re not set up for it: most of these would need rather ‘basic’ support, like “how do I share a file” style, rather than “we discovered this bug here is the full log and analysis please fix it” which is what we offer (only 3rd level support!). We don’t have the capacity to reply to all those support requests.
There are hosting providers however, as well as some partners of us who would be glad to help…
