I’m looking for a solution to make a clinic-patient communication possible via NextCloud Talk. This would include adding many permanent users (500+) to NextCloud Talk.
Do you have any experience with this or could refer me to a similar project?
The idea is to reduce phone times and email communication. When a new patient comes to the clinic, we would like to give him the opportunity to communicate to us (the clinic) via NextCloud for sharing documents.
