Files from the ignored list as well as symlinks are not synced
One folder is successfully synced while the rest is not, I have searched through log files but I cannot find any explanation, since there are lots of them and information might be drowned somewhere.
Nextcloud version : Client 3.3.5
Operating system and version : Fedora 34
The issue you are facing: I started whith a fresh install of nextcloud due to bugs/errors in encryption.
See the steps to replicate it below for further informations on current error. I suspect that since I copied/paste files there are symlinks that got created ? But executing appropriate commands to check symlinks give no results. I even deleted the Nextcloud folder in my Documents (The “backup” folder I copied to the cloud) but the error remains.

Steps to replicate it:
- Start with a fresh install of nextcloud
- Paste files from my documents to the nextcloud folder in home
- Tell nextcloud to only do client-side synchronisation
- A folder gets synced and the others do not
