Summary of the issue you are facing:
I am a home user, with only 1 user, and every start of my Windows Client in my PC, triggers a Windows Defender check of every single file oof my NextCloud folder and take 5 mins to complete.
I notice this behavior because of the noise of HDD… Once is OK after the update of NC Client, but more? I think this could be a problem.
Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):
