I recently imported a ICS event file into my calendar. On my Monthly view, it shows the right time. When I click on the event, it shows a different time (+4 hrs.).
As you may have noticed, there is a little globe beside that time. So UTC time, and not your local time is displayed.
You seem to live in the eastern daylight timezone, (UTC−4h)
