Clear Log files

Hi,

I’m currently using NC10.0.1.
There is no option for me to clear the log from the admin panel.
Therefore, I have to login the SSH, and use nano to clear the log.
Will this feature implement in the future version?
In the meantime, I want to write a script to clear the log.
Can somebody give me an idea?

I currently use syslog, (newsyslogd) to rotate the log and clear out logs older than 7 days. So far, it’s not caused any problems.

So, the default setting is 7 days?
