This is the list of the known issues with Circles NC22.1.0:
-
Details on non-visible Circles (non-blocking)
Non-Visible Circles have their details fully hidden even when trying to reach the information using a link to the Circle. This is not the expected behavior as Non-Visible Open Circles should have their details available for visitors (so visitors can request their membership):
Fixed: details on non-visible (but open) circles by ArtificialOwl · Pull Request #780 · nextcloud/circles · GitHub -
After migration to NC21, your users will not access their Circles for the next 24 hours (non-blocking)
After migration from NC21, your users will not have their memberships cached until the next Level 4 Maintenance. This maintenance is ran during the night and will update the caching of the memberships that will fix this issue. If you do not want to wait for the next day, You can force the update of the cache running:./occ circles:maintenance --level 4
Fixed: generate quick members' memberships during migration by ArtificialOwl · Pull Request #778 · nextcloud/circles · GitHub -
Issue while parsing the setting ‘overwrite.cli.url’ from config/config.php (blocking, but fixable)
With NC22.1.0 a regresion appeared that would make the Circles App not working on some setup. If you cannot add members, you will need to edit yourconfig/config.php
to add a trailing slash to the address set in the value ‘overwrite.cli.url’.
For example, replace this:
'overwrite.cli.url' => 'https://cloud.example.net',
By this:
'overwrite.cli.url' => 'https://cloud.example.net/',
Fixed: Check if `$knownPath` is set before invoking `rtrim()` by mejo- · Pull Request #775 · nextcloud/circles · GitHub
