Circles in admin view of groupfolders not visible

As a standard user I created a new circle with the name “circle test”.
As admin I created a groupfolder named “Circles”. When I try to add the appropriate group/circle only the groups are listed and the circle created by the user is not visible.

Using Nextcloud 27.0.2

Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong?

It happens to me too. A workaround is adding admin to the circle when will it be selectable for admin. But not really convinient
