Iāve been using the Notes app for a while and I like its simplicity. However, Iād like to change the default folder for this app to save the notes, but Iām not sure if itās possible or not. Iāve searched in the github wiki of the app but I havenāt found any clues.

I am very much interested in the same question. There are usefull many apps like (nowadays) collectives that clutter the root directory of my nextcloud.
have you guys tried just moving it to the desired place and see how it works?
donāt forget to do a backup before testing something on a productive instance
