Change the user password with phpmyadmin

I still have a nextcloud 19 running. Sorry.
Can someone help me and tell me how I can change the password of an administrator account using phpmyadmin. I ask because I can no longer email me that on the web interface. So unfortunately I have to access via phpmyadmin.

I would be happy if someone could give me a tip.

Why do you try to do that with phpMyadmin?
The commandline-client occ can do that for you:

:~# occ user:resetpassword  $usernameofadmin
