Change Calendar UI -> Title First for events, Not Time - In Week View

Hello,

Is it possible to change the calendar UI so for each event it shows the title first, not the time in the week view. In the week view, the time is already shown on the right.

I have attached an image if that helps make it clear.

Is this possible in any of the existing configurations?
