Can't start nextcloud client

Hi! I’ve installed nextcloud client on Windows 7 OS and it can’t start and says “The program can’t start because api-ms-win-crt runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing …” (the details on picture I attached).
I’ve installed vc redist, but that error still happen. What should I do?
