Can't see my files and documents

Hello,

Since this friday I can’t access my files or documents on my different laptops. Weirdly I can access them on my phone. I usully use Firefox on my computers but tried also with internet explorer and it didn’t worked either way. I also tried to disconnect and reconnect myself with no change. I can see that the files are still there because I can see that I am using 2 out of 3 GB. Also when I look for a file in the search engine I find it but when I click on it I come back on the “All files” menue and it is blanck. Also I could copy/paste a document form my computer to Nexcloud and I know it worked because when I tried to do it again I was asked to choose between the old and the new document. So it is really weird cause I seems to be able to do a lot of things but not see or access my files or documents. Can anyone help me please?
