Can't see external storages in first page and synk desktop app

Hello guys,

I keep hitting this problem on nextcloud.
I have moments when the external source in the system is disconnected or disappears completely, but the hard disk is still connected to the server.

The problem I have now is as follows:

  1. Hard disks are connected to the server, I see them in / media / srv
  2. I see the external source in the “External storages” section
  3. I do not see the External storages in the general file or in the desktop application.

I don’t know what to do to fix this…I would greatly appreciate your help

Nextcloud version:Nextcloud 18.0.6
Operating system and version: raspbian
Apache or nginx version: Apache/2.4.38
PHP version: Version: 7.3.14
