The Basics

  • Nextcloud Server version (29.x.x):
  • Operating system and version (Ubuntu 24.04):
  • Reverse proxy and version _(Caddy)
  • Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Yes):
  • When did this problem seem to first start?
    • Right after an update to the latest version via docker
  • Installation method (AlO)
  • Are you using CloudfIare, mod_security, or similar? (No)

Summary of the issue you are facing:

I updated AIO yesterday to the latest version. Now I can’t login with any of my user credential, nor from any of my machines. No matter what I try, all I get is: Wrong login or password. It was working before the update.

Since I’m not sure how all of the AIO containers relate to each other, I don’t even know which container to look int.

But still, all I did was update.

Any pointers would be most appreciate.

Hi, where do you want to log in? Into Nextcloud or the AIO-interface?

That is such a basic question, I can’t believe I wasn’t clear on it. Sorry.

I’m trying to log into the main Nextcloud app.

Hm. Can you try to restart the server maybe and check if that helps? Also what do you see if you log in to the aio-interface? Are all containers running?
