Can't get through No-IP config

Just made a reinstall with NCP v1.11.2 on a Raspi 3.
Launched Config Wizard in WebUI but it stalls at DDNS step with this message:

[ no-ip ]

Auto configuration for Linux client of no-ip.com.

Can't gethostbyname for dynupdate.no-ip.com
Network must be operational to create configfile. Ending!

My No-IP credentials are OK.

Message indicates network issue. Determination of current IP address seems to fail.
