Can't enable Server-side encryption in administrative module

Hello!
I want to enable Server-side encryption, but in my Security page in Administrative section this option doesn’t active, when i click on it, nothing happing.
Maybe i need to do something on my VDS ?

I’ve the same problem. Can’t enable Server-side encryption?

edit: I had to install “Default encryption module” App. After installation I’ve been able to enable Server-side encryption from admin settings
