Can't access outside my network

I can’t access from outside my house to my ncp. Its seems a problem with ddns because locally I can access. Ports 80 and 443 are open.

I have this error when I try to reconfigure the ddns:

Setup notify_push (attempt 5/5)
âś“ redis is configured
🗴 can’t connect to push server: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to xxx port 443 after 15 ms: Couldn’t connect to server (see libcurl - Error Codes) for xxx/push/test/cookie

When I execute Let’s Encrypt I have this error:

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to download the temporary challenge files created by Certbot. Ensure that the listed domains serve their content from the provided --webroot-path/-w and that files created there can be downloaded from the internet.

Some challenges have failed.
Ask for help or search for solutions at https://community.letsencrypt.org. See the logfile /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log or re-run Certbot with -v for more details.

NextcloudPi version v1.55.4

How do you determine that?

It looks as if the ports are not being forwarded correctly and this is probably why the error message appears.

the problem is your letsencrypt fails:

start troubleshooting here and check networking basics like DNS and port forwarding.

this output related to notify_push and is not relevant on this stage, you can return once basics start working.

I don’t know why but now works, maybe because I restart the router
