Hi, I’m using Android app version 34.0.0 wich I believe is the latest. I’m no more able to view pdf files from app while I can normally view them from PC browser. When I try to open a file the applications starts an endless loading without doing nothing. On previous versions the file was downloaded and then opened with acrobat. I already tryed to clean cache, stop and start app, clean full storage but nothing changed. I have an LG Velvet 5G. Pls help because UX is heavily limited with this problem. Thanks
Same problem here, reduces usability on android to almost zero for me. I am on latest version completely updated.
Same for me. Not only on pdf but also text files very small
This got fixed last week with the updates.
I got app version 34.0.1 and server updated yesterday, still same problem. Endless loading without the possibility to choose other viewer. Android version 13. When I’m on mobile I don’t use the app anymore but the browser.
Same app version, same issue here.
In fact, I can not open any file that is not an image or a text file.
Everything opens fine on desktop. On Android the files just hang and a wait message appears.
