Cannot open new files in Built-in Collabora

Is there any message in your log when you try to open the documents? I was facing a similar problem and I solved doing this:

Hi all! I am facing the error: “the server has been disconnected” and can not open any document. I am using CODE Built-in server and it was working fine untill the last upgrade. I am using nextcloud 22.2.3 and the last versions of the apps for CODE (Collabora online 4.2.3 and Built-in CODE server 21.11.103).
