Cannot open DOCX, XLSX in Collabora after NC upgrade to 28.0.4

I had NC 27.1.8 and all was working, using Nextcloud Office / Collabora Online.
After upgrade to 28.0.4, I can open ODT, ODS, but cannot open DOCX, XLSX as they are offered for download.
Richdocuments is 8.3.3.
Why would be that with OOXML formats?

Issue was from OnlyOffice app v9.1.2. Before, it worked but it was updated during the upgrade. Now I disabled it, OOXML open in Collabora.
