Cannot delete, rename or move a file in Files app root directory

The issue you are facing:

I created a new OnlyOffice document in the root directory in the Files app. I cannot delete the document, rename it, or move it into another folder. This problem does not occur if I create a new document in a Group Folder.

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? Y (although I have replicated it many times in an effort to identify the problem).

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Open the Files app.
  2. Select New and choose New document
  3. Only Office opens and creates the document.
  4. Return to the Files tab and find the New Document file.
  5. Select the box to the left of the file name, then click on the three dots to the right of the file name and choose Delete.

An error message appears saying the file cannot be deleted. The message contains no other information and the logs do not contain anything about the deletion failure. I am a new user and have no idea how to produce any other possibly related logs, so the above information is all I can offer.
