Cannot add pictures to contacts in release 30.0
No field for pics.
It is possible that the contact you want to edit is one from the System address book which holds all the user accounts of your instance? If so, you cannot edit it, only the user who owns the account can.
If it is a contact in your personal address book that you have added yourself, please describe in detail where and how exactley you try to edit it, or perhaps post a screenshot.
