Cannot access my nextcloud server anymore after update

Nextcloud version 24.0.1
Operating system and version TrueNAS-12.0-U8

Hello nextcloud people,

[problems]

  • I Cannot update to latest version from nextcloud client, updated from Truenas jail interface, cannot connect to server anymore due to issue :
    Downgrading is not supported and is likely to cause unpredictable issues (from 24.0.2.1 to 24.0.1.1)
    the web interface proposed the update but could not do it due to .htaccess.dist file; deleted the file, updated, but not sure why the update rolled back to a previous version…

  • Also, cannot use sudo command as it gives a command not found.

I’ve tried these solutions
and read that but still doesn’t work.

First time i see the error.

[Steps to replicate it]

  1. update plugin and jail of truenas from truenas interface
  2. restart plugin
  3. connect to nextcloud from browser
