I have been hunting around for an anwser to this but can’t find one anywhere. I signed up for a Nextcloud hosting trial a week ago and do not wish to continue with it, but can not find any information on how to cancel. I’ve searched the website, searched Google but can find no information at all.
Does anyone have any idea how I can cancel the subscription.

You need to contact the provider where you signed up for. The community mostly deals with users that use the open source code themselves. So we do not know all the providers and their conditions and working. Ideally, they should have their own support and help line.
As far as I know, there are several providers where you can sign up for, and on the Nextcloud website it chooses one randomly close to your location.
