Nextcloud Hub 9 (30.0.6)**
Hi,
I recently rediscovered the application nextcloud forms. And I am in big hope, that it could make my work a lot easier.
There are only some functions missing.
I prefer nextcloud forms before google forms because of the data policy.
Does anyone know, if it is possible to add the following functions?
- option “person hinzufügen”/“add a person”
- Frage-Kasten/Question-Block Person (Vorname nachname, adressblock, mail etc. individuell)
- zwischen-überschrift ohne antwort/middle headline without answer-options
- option ankreuzbar und nur dann antwortoption/antwortfeld anzeigen/option to check an answer and only show further answer-options if this is marked.
- sepa Lastschrift mandat/field for bankaccount details and debit permission
- unterschriftenfeld/ chance to sign the form online
- Begrenzung der Anzahl an Personen, die die Umfrage ausfüllen dürfen/ limit of personsnumber who can participate in the survey.
We are a growing sustainability association and have only under 10 payed employees, which is why we only use the free private nextcloud version.

Ich denke du kannst einige der Punkte dadurch lösen, dass du einfach Textfelder für Punkte wie z. B. IBAN verwendest. Das Problem ist natürlich, dass dieses nicht auf Korrektheit geprüft werden kann. Du kannst aber die Ergebnisse als CSV exportieren und dann weiterbearbeiten.

I think you can solve some of the issues by simply using text fields for items such as IBAN. The problem, of course, is that this cannot be checked for accuracy. However, you can export the results as CSV and then process them further.

Currently grouping of questions into sections is not possible, but we already have a feature request for that. You can simply create several questions

Our text fields can also be validated using the field options. You can use regular expressions to check IBANs, for example.

Regarding the features, there’s no difference between a “free” or a “paid” Nextcloud, Forms in particular is a community drive app developed by volunteers like me

thanks a lot for you answers. And thank you so much for your vounteering! 
With “add a person” I meant if the question-Block is available, then the possibility to just click “add a person” and another question-Block with all the person-questions appear. So if someone fills out the form, they can apply for several persons.
What exacly means you have already a feature request or feature request is available?
Are you already working on adding these functions at nextcloud forms?
That would be super great!
And do I need to do anything more to request all the other features I asked for?

@Jamilah thanks for the explanation So you think of some kind of template for some questions? This is currently not planned.
This means that over on Github there are already some requests that correspond to your wishes. We’re currently not working on them and there also no real plans on when this might get implemented.
What you can do is:
- Search the list of existing issues
- add a
to issues/feature requests that you want to support. Please only add comments if you have substantial things to add, that haven’t been said already
- create new issues/feature requests for things that are not already on the list (or haven’t been closed in the past)
