Can’t connect to OnlyOffice document server

Hello :wave: , I have a nextcloud server (25.0.2), on this same server I installed an onlyoffice server.

My problem is that when I want to connect my onlyoffice server to my nextcloud server I have this error

Error during connection attempt (Client error: `GET https://XXXXX/cache/files/data/conv_check_1634865811_docx/output.docx/check_1634865811.docx? md5=TKl3smBUr6CFTfKM66bvDQ&expires=1673115837&filename=check_1634865811.docx`resulted in a `403 Forbidden`response:

I think it is a problem of aaccés but I do not see you all that it is, I did several search on the internet but I found nothing.
