Can someone explain what is different: Shared via link with permissions \”17\ and \”7\

Hello ,

I have a question what is the difference between permissions “17” and permissions “7”.
When I look at the logs and there I see the users when they share the file I see there 17 and permissions 7.
What is the difference.

Not sure, but I see one is a file and the other is a folder. Maybe that’s the difference.
