I made a fresh install and find myself unable to install any apps. The installer also did not install Talk, Calendar and the additional recommended apps.
I have seen this mentioned searching the forums, but with people just reinstalling.
I have tried reinstalling several times.
It worked before I reminded my installation to install a fresh version, so I would assume the server is okay.
I am on shared hosting.
