I am trying to change permission of folders on NC,but I can not. I can just add new accesses. But, I can edit existing permission. Only the admin that is the owner of the folder can do that.
What I can do so I can have the rights to edit those folder permissions?

We can’t read minds. So you will have to write yourself what you want to do where with which OS and for what reason.

It’s by design that everybody owns his/her files in nextcloud. If you want some central, controlled folders maybe https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/groupfolders helps.
