I’m New and I’m value to use nextcloud for handle brochure and do webinar with agent.
I’m looking for a solution where after login, they have a path with video, file pdf and if there is a problem can book an appointment with me or write a messagge in chat.
Sometimes do some internal webinar (we are in 20 more or less)
What do you think about?
Nice idea, I’m about to ask the same 
up to your setup… you could have your own skeleton-directory and define standared-files everybody has when they first login:

if you’d use calendar-app and perhaps appointments-app plus Talk-app I think that would be possible.
that probably would need some adjustement but it is possible as well.
