Nextcloud should have a setting in Calendar to display ISO 8601 date/time standard presentation.
It’s hard to believe Calendar was created without this setting.

Apparently, if you choose Lithuanian locale, you’ll get ISO-8601 time! This will affect calendar as well.

Unfortunately this also translates some strings to Lithuanian. I think we need an “English (Lithuanian)” locale.
Or an ISO locale. Or a separate toggle for ISO dates.
