Summary of the issue you are facing:

Can’t create public link to calendar. It says “link copied to clipboard”, but when I try to open the link I’ve got, it says “Public calendar doesn’t exist (probably it was deleted or link expired)”.

Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

  1. Open “Edit calendar” window, click at “+” button to create share link

I believe this is a Calendar v6.4.0 matter. And looks like it’s likely since it been fixed, pending release.
