Description:
When trying to edit a calendar entry in Nextcloud (using Firefox) in the day-view, the event pop-up window most times appears partially off-screen. This makes it difficult or impossible to either see what you’re typing, change the event category, or click the Save button.
To work around the issue, I have to manually resize the browser window until the entire pop-up becomes visible. This is a bit inconvenient.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the calendar-tab in Nextcloud using Firefox in the day-view.
2. Try to edit an existing calendar event.
3. Observe the position of the pop-up window.
Expected behavior:
The pop-up should appear fully within the visible browser area, preferably centered or near the clicked event, so all fields and buttons are accessible.
Actual behavior:
The pop-up is positioned such that parts of it are outside the visible browser window, making some controls inaccessible unless you resize the browser.
Questions:
1. Could this be a bug with the calendar app or with Firefox?
2. Is there a known fix or a setting I can change to avoid this behavior?
Environment:
Nextcloud version: 31.0.2
Firefox version: 137.0.0.0
OS: Windows 11
I am now on FF 137.0.2 but the problem is still occurring.
The problem started a while ago when there was update of the interface of the calender from Nextcloud. Like around January probably.
