Calendar does not send invitation mails

Hello there,

I am facing the problem that is also described in Nextcloud Calendar does not send e-mails - but as I do not have exactly the same setup, I opened another topic.

For details about my setup: see below.
My setup is completely new install. Further details:

  • I did setup the mail under the admin interface. Test mails are correctly delivered to admin recipient.
  • There are no errors in the admin interface log as well.

EDIT: I found out that mails are correctly sent to invitation emails (also external) from nextcloud admin user. Other “normal” nextcloud users do show that the mails are sent in interface, but mails are never coming into external mailboxes.

Ok, layer 8 problem…
I entered the same mail address in 2 different Nextcloud accounts. Yesterday, I changed one of them and today, all is working fine. Obviously, it took some time that the changes were registered.

Perfect for me, problem solved. :grinning:
