Caldav in Backup nextcloudpi

Hello,
I have a private Nextcloud (Nextcloudpi) on the Rasp.
I have two SSD and used the second one as backup.

Is the Caldav data also automatically backed up? Or how can I create a regular backup for my contacts and appointments?
How do I find my Caldav data in the backup for external use?

afaik contacts and appointments are stored directly within the db. and they should be backupped if you’d do a ncp-backup.

but as i could be wrong @OliverV or @nachoparker could tell you exactly if i was right or not.
